        I selected Jacobs Ladder for my roof replacement and quite frankly I could not have been happier! The finished roof looked perfect and the attention to detail was second to none! I also appreciate the ease of communication during my roof project. These folks are great people with a high integrity level that know how to satisfy thier customers!         Hugh Johnson (The owner) showed up to my house and then proceeded to tell me he only had ONE ladder and Jacob had it how are you gonna own a roofing company but only have one ladder? In addition to this when he was backing out of the driveway he backed into my mailbox and knocked it over and then he sped off and hit a speed bump and a LADDER FLEW OUT THE BACK INTO THE ROAD! My ladder now! Thanks for nothing pal.

        Excellent to work with!! I was having difficulty getting companies to understand I needed my flashing and roof inspected and any repairs & maintenance. Most companies told me they dont do flashing. How can a roofing company not do flashing? I understand many consider caulking around flashing as homeowner or handymans job but professional roofing companies need to be available for 2 stories home with high pitch roofs and multiple angles. Also many companies have a person who isnt even a roofer come to complete the first evaluation. Not Jacobs ladder they send employees out who can look at your roof throughly give you pictures, make recommendations, and make any temporary repairs until they can come out for the job. Always came when they stated, give precise documentation electronically with all details of bid, work, and warranty. Would definitely recommend this company as they are knowledgeable & professional from the first person who sees your roof until completion of the job.

      Dear Mr. BushMunchkin. Wow this is a first! We sincerely regret you have had such a troubling experience. But it appears there may be some misunderstandings here. We currently have all of our ladders and don't recall running over any mailboxes lately. Call our office at 859-379-9137 and we'll come by and see what happened here. Even though we have no idea what your are talking about we will try to fix it. We pride ourselves here at Jacob's Ladder with having outstanding customer service and professionalism. We would not have been in business all these years if we made a habit of showing up without a ladder and then running over peoples mail boxes on the way out. Either way... We would be glad to meet and discuss this issue and resolve any confusion regarding it. I will personally come over to investigate this further and make any personal and necessary apologies if we are in the wrong. However, If this was actually a true event, you should be thanking us for the free ladder that fell out of the back of the truck that you now own. Unbelievable, I don't know what we have done to upset you, but the series of events you just described above is definitely one for the record books. Sincerely, Hugh Johnson - Owner
