Dale Viniard - State Farm Insurance Agent

Been with State Farm for over fifty years. Recently moved to Kentucky from California. My California agent referref me to Dale. Viniard. We bought a house in La Grange , snd shortly after moving in a mirror came off the wall and chopped off a cold water pipe. Which flooded the house. State Farm brought in Service Master which is taking care of everything. They’re also compensating my daughter for cleaning and me for doing a repair on the pipe to give us water in the Kitchen and second bath. They’ve always been fair and prompt with settlements. You may best their rates, but you’ll not get better service. I recommend Dake Viniard highly. They worked closely with me on what kind of insurance I needed and how to keep my rate down. All 3 cars snd two houses with Dale. No regrets. Would not shop around.

We've dealt with Dale for about 20 yrs.He is a very professional, and considerate man.It's a pleasure dealing with him and his staff.I don't know if they're the cheapest, I don't care, service is what counts!
