I made an appointment with them and they never showed. When I called there was no answer so I left a message. Over a week later and I still haven't heard from them. I'll look for someone who actually wants my business.

This company made three different appointments with me but kept none of them. The first time was understandable since the team was delayed by an earlier appointment. The president called to apologize and said his team would come back the next day. I rearranged my schedule but no one showed up. The president called again after the appointed time to say that their four drop cloths had gotten wet in the rain and that they couldn't come. (What kind of professional doesn't keep extra drop cloths or just buy some on the way to the next appointment?) I said I had plenty of drop cloths and so we agreed that they'd come within the hour ... but never showed up (for the third time). I called to ask for an explanation, but no one ever called me back. I recommend saving your time and money on a more responsible company.
