Matt, Brian, and Nick came out for an annual service and I couldnt be happier. They were highly knowledgeable, informative, and helpful in making sure were ready for summer with the A/C while checking out the furnace. I didnt feel the slight bit of pressure or overbearing sales tactics. Just great stuff. Will continue to use. 3/7/24: Adding some more just a few days later since they came out to fix a discrepancy they identified during the inspection. Brian came out and demonstrated broad expertise in his application of fixes to identified issues. He was quick, thorough, and informative (again). Great service across the board. Thanks Knochelmann! 4/11/24 update: Bryan (I misspelled it last time, sorry) came out to do my annual AC inspection and tune up. Once again Im impressed with his professionalism, personable nature, and honesty. He clearly explained the likely lifespan of various components and laid out my options - clearly outlining costs and decision points without any modicum of pushy salesmanship. Too bad there arent 6 or 7 star review options.
