        Called Kent to service our ice machine. They sent a guy that could hardly speak words very unintelligible or intelligent for that matter. He worked on the system for literally 20 minutes. Said he replaced a part and charged me 400$. And the part was 90$. He was rude and kept saying it was our fault the BRAND NEW machine didnt work properly. Talked down to my employees ... which they couldnt understand a word he was saying. Do not hire these people to do anything got you.
