Do not even waste your time, Dr. Jonathan Hafner was rude and swift to get out of there when he determined I had TMJ. he didn’t even try to figure out what was the culprit of it. He smarted me off because I got frustrated talking about this diagnosis that he gave. I waited 2 1/2 months to get in to see Dr. Bungee and they had Dr. Hafner as the Dr. that I was seeing. He even told me, “At least you do t have a tumor!’” Ridiculously smart with me as well. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone and if I wouldn’t even give him a 1 star.

I see that other reviews are incredibly negative, but our experience with this office has been nothing but good. Dr Sewall was more patient with my daughter than I would have been to be honest. He was quick in the room, but didn't leave us with unanswered questions and both my daughter and I felt comfortable with him. Scheduling does seem to be double booked and doesn't leave any allowance for extended time in surgery. Our wait time for the first visit was just over an hour, the second visit was almost 2 hours due to him being tied up in surgery (but the staff brought waters out for patients and they were very friendly), and at our follow-up from surgery appointment our wait time was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely go back to this office, and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I went to have a allergy test today and another visit with Dr.Sewall it’ll be my last. I’ll not waste another dime on someone that wants to call himself a “physician” or “doctor”. I understand that if the problems you have don’t seem to be with your ears nose or throat but he has zero compassion for his patience. Which is sad because he seems like he has so much to offer but doesn’t care enough to do so. The last thing I asked was what if this exercises doesn’t work and he said to me as he’s walking out of the room “then I’m out of bullets” and left. Didn’t say this is what you should do or this is what you should tell your doctor you need. He was in the room for maybe 5 mins. He nurse practitioner is so sweet though and actually listens and explains things. She should be the one providing for the patience not him. I’ll never go back to him. Find someone who actually cares to guide you in the direction they feel is better for you even if it doesn’t have anything to do with what they specialize in.
