image Owners are exceptional people our mechanic Danny did a fantastic job! He stayed after hours to get us up and running! Highly recommend their services!

image STAY AWAY!!!!!!This shop is straight trash! They charged me for a test drive they didnt do! My eld recorded a 5 min drive not 30 min. They gave up on my truck and still charged me for nothing. Just pay a tow truck to Nashville or a road call and get it fixed. I know my situation was tricky but you dont have to steal money from me. The mechanics there are literally just winging it. I made the mistake of trusting someone.
Edit: (reply) Does it really matter that I took 6 months to submit a review? My fellow drivers need to know about a bad shop now or later.

image Alright, where do I start? Had a a platinum rebuild done at another shop 3 1/2 weeks prior to coming here and the engine went out. Due to multiple failures and the mechanic that did it. Called these guys and they came and towed me to the shop. Got my truck in as quick as they could and it got down to everything I needed to get to get our truck back up and running again. They have all been kind and understanding during this time as we just spent 28,000 a month prior to a different mechanic that didn't do their job. They are taking their time and going over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure this doesn't happen again and it is done right. Pictures below are what they have already done and now they put it back together correctly. Will update when everything is done and the truck is ready to roll to finish my review Services: Long distance hauling, Steering & suspension repair

image Worst experience Ive ever had at a mechanic, which is saying a LOT. Go literally anywhere else. Call a mobile mechanic to come help you, its cheaper, faster, and more professional than this shop. Debra at the front desk is utterly incompetent, doesnt know anything about trucks from what Ive gathered from working with her. Very frustrating to only ever have communication with her as I waited for my E450 to be repaired, we werent able to talk to a mechanic at any point. They couldnt source the parts we needed, so we had to do it ourselves (easily, so Im not sure how she couldnt get them). Truck sat in their lot for two weeks waiting for parts to arrive. Parts finally come in, only for Debra to tell us that she couldnt find the last piece we needed to fix the truck. Why didnt she bring this up sooner? Took me ten minutes to find the part (again, how could they not do that? A literal mechanic), then another two weeks for it to arrive. All the parts finally came in after a total of almost four weeks waiting, and then they made us wait another two days before even starting to work on the truck. Then we come to find out that once they put it up on the jack, it seems that last part we waited for is unnecessarythe one on the truck is fine. So we waited those last two weeks and paid for parts and shipping only to find out that they hadnt done an adequate appraisal of the vehicle and totally wasted our time, energy, and money. Absolutely horrible and if I could give less than one star I would. Only upside is that a FULL MONTH and $1200 later, at least we got a tire change.
UPDATE: the very next day after getting our truck back, it broke down again with horrible screeching and smoke coming from that same wheel area that Cave City TT worked on. Took it to another mechanic who verified that Cave City did a terrible job, ignored obvious issues in this area, and didnt even grease the wheels after putting them back on.
