Sandy is very rude not only to me but my husband too! She hung up on my husband! My mom was on oxygen for two years and I called to have a water bottle on it they told me they dont do that and the machine wont do that! A bold face lie! When my mom was have nose bleeds and dry mouth for two year until she passed away two days ago! Im so mad and really disgusted with the whole situation!!!!!! Zero stars for me!!! They are not helpful with anything!! Beware of this place! They need to be closed down!!

Thier way of doing business is not tell you that you have a bill with them when you where there to get stuff and 10 day later have a $1 service charge. Greedy and willing to bend you over to screw you out of a dollar.... (literally) $1.00 I burnt that bridge! Sandy was a total ass to me also one day getting my uncle's welding tank exchange. I call in and said I need to exchanges a tank and attitude galore and was pissy over me using a card rather than cash or check. I can't take it no more with out loosing my temper. No longer deal with them. I use Lincare of Bowling Green. Burning bridges with sharks! Alma when I first went there treated me like I was a criminal. I have a TSA security clearance and a military base clearance.  I hauled pharmaceuticals for Ely Lilly and Military ordnance. I hated going up there over the cold attitudes I got. The only one truly did not make me feel that away was Kenny.

Extremely rude over the phone and have no clue what they are talking about. I bill directly with medicare for DME claims. I simply called to ask about a lift chair for my father, I asked if they take medicare as payment. The gentleman answered the phone was very aggressive and had no clue what he was talking about. Ignorance is ok, but ignorance and aggression shows you how completely assine they are.
