StayOver Cabin Rentals at Red River Gorge

My husband and I stayed at Hidden Chalet over New Years and we had an super fun trip! The cabin was clean and well stocked and the perfect size for 2. My only recommendation is to take them seriously when they say 4 wheel drive is recommended. The driveway was seriously steep with some big potholes, but don't let that stop you. We would have preferred to have our truck, but got by ok with the car. This was definitely a weekend worth repeating, and we can't wait to do it again!

We stayed at Cozy Creek and couldnt have been happier. Looking for seclusion, serenity, and beauty? Youll find it here. The cabin itself was just what you need. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials. There is a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge and hot and cold water. All the pots and pans and utensils needed are there too. We cooked every meal over an open fire next to the creek. Highly recommend bringing your cast iron cookware for that experience. While there are many attractions nearby, we found the trails onsite to be just perfect. Sitting on the front porch in a hammock chair, sipping a beverage and listening to the creek and the birds is relaxing as well. I HIGHLY recommend putting in your water shoes or flip flops and walking down the creek. Multiple small waterfalls and deeper pools at their base are cool and relaxing. Bring your organic biodegradable soap and just bathe right there in the creek. You wont regret it since there is no shower. We loved every second of our time there and will return again. Also! Get your morning coffee fix at Daniel Boones and take a bag or two home with you. Its locally roasted and absolutely delicious!

Very nice cabin,well stocked and very clean. Very friendly staff. Very easy to work with and schedule reservations. Very nice location, quiet and very scenic.

5-stars I can't say enough great things about our stay. The moment our group arrived we were taken away by the beauty of the landscape and where the cabin was nestled. The wrap around porch was a huge hit. We loved sitting on the hammocks and taking dips in the jacuzzi. Everything was immaculately clean and well prepared. I really appreciated the constant communication from the stay over team, it made the whole process seamless. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with accommodations. The Red River Gorge is a special place and we hope to make another trip out.
