Dr. Santos is excellent. Takes the time to discuss issues, and listens to what the patient has to say. Genuinely interested in helping people.

The wait period is not long at all,not always but usually not. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I see a Dr. Sheila Jones and my experience with her is absolutely great. I’m the type of person that if I have to get a new dr. When I see a doctor and they do at least 1 of a few things like they don’t seem too interested in what I have to say,or they don’t seem they have time to talk with me about any conditions,questions,or comments I have or they are rude, hateful, smart mouthed,or act like there better than me in any way well I will not ever use them again. Experience with St.Lukes Medical Center and Dr.Jones it’s fantastic. Dr.Jones takes more time to sit and discuss my issues with me than I believe any other doctor I’ve ever has. I don’t have to wonder I know that she genuinely cares about my well-being, my health. She has went as far as personally calling me to check on me. She is very knowledgeable as she should be and very good at her work not to mention very likable. I don’t have any experience with the other doctors there I’ve heard nothing but good things about the main doctor Dr. Santos and as good a doctor as Dr.Jones is I’m sure the rest are close, equally as good a doctors.
