    If I could give this restaurant a negative rating I would! Jessica Raikes who says she is the owner of the Wings and Rings in Bardstown is a LIAR!! She was extremely rude, nasty and condescending to my sister and I when I nicely asked a question regarding my receipt. The 2 female employees behind the cash register had eyes bigger than saucers because of how rude she was, and they even said they couldn't believe how badly she behaved. Jessica has been rude for years, but nothing is ever done! She needs to be FIRED because she does not know how to treat customers!! We have been coming here for years but no more!! Lastly, I complained to the corporate office and gave them my email address to contact me. However, no one ever contacted me back except unprofessional, Jessica Raikes. She received my email address from the corporate office and sent me numerous nasty emails attacking me again with LIES!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She doesn't even know me. All of this nastiness over asking a question about my receipt. UPDATE: Jessica Raikes is a LIAR, and she has no proof of what she said about me flipping anyone off ect. WHERE ARE THE VIDEOS YOU SAY YOU HAVE OF ME?? YOU DON'T HAVE ANY VIDEO BECAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST BECAUSE WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT ME IS A LIE!!! Jessica Raikes is just trying to justify her nasty, bad attitude and behavior. She says she has video of this, but has offered no proof. Plus, I have not been thrown out of this facility TWICE!! Just think about it, if I had been thrown out once, would I go back? If had been thrown out once then why would they allow me to come back another time and order food?? It's sad that Jessica Raikes is allowed to treat great customers so horribly and lie about them!!! As proof of what I am saying: Read their bad reviews because there numerous reviews about the rude and nasty management!! Update: I added to the review again because Jessica Raikes keeps adding to the review and what she said about me are LIES, and I will not allow you to lie about me. The reviews for your restaurant speak for themselves with numerous others complaining of horrible, nasty management regardless of some award you may have won. Heaven forbid that your order is wrong or you need to ask a question, that's when Jessica Raikes gets really mean and nasty!! Again, read the bad reviews about management.

    Overal experience. The place was a first time try. It was OK but not overly impressive. Big difference though was the spaciousness and more resteraunt vibe that other places lack. Quality and selection of food: I did not find my chicken wings to be overly impressive. I had buffallo traditional wings with fries. I love crispiness and fully cooked aspect but the sauce was runny. Looked watered down. Pricing: Very overpriced Cleanliness: clean except some sticky stuff on my menu. Service: Waitress was awesome.. Restrooms: looked like it needs attention. Bottom line: I would recommend but will not be back

    Spent $200 on a to-go order for my little brother's birthday, they forgot the sauce. Wouldn't replace, refund, or anything. When I called the manager was aggressive and rude to me, she made it seem like it was my fault. There are multiple other reviewers who say they were treated the same way. Edit: There wasn't any sauce at all, it wasn't on the side, I wouldn't be leaving a review if it was. I also didn't get a call or voicemail from you, I checked my voicemail back to July and even searched your number, nothing there. It only shows me calling you guys on July 18th. I don't care about any type of compensation, at this point I just want others to know how horrible the customer service is. Judging by some of the other reviews (like Joshua's) this is how they train people, leaving food out of to-go orders and telling customers it's their fault is standard practice months after they messed up on mine.
