I came here due to having issues with turbo tax delaying me to file. While yes they made sure my business and personal taxes were filed correctly, they spent over 30 days to file my taxes and ended up having to request an extension. I had plans to pay off certain things with my tax refund before a specific date to avoid accrued interest. I'm sure I will now be paying that accured interest which is about $400 extra now due to them not trying to file my returns in a timely manner. I was also charged over $300 for my returns to be filed which is insane considering. I have never waited to get my taxes filed or refund my past March the last 10 years of my life. When I first came to them, I was considering hiring them to continue to do my book keeping for my business etc, I will no longer be considering to do business with them anymore nor ever again. I was not made a priority with this business. There was poor communication throughout as well.
