        This place is a joke especially the management. I have had Culligan service for 20 years and they don't care about there customers in anyway. I was renting equipment and lost my home in a tornado. They are expecting me to pay for all the equipment out right and charging me financing charges for waiting for insurance to pay for my home. This company shows no empathy or compassion for there customers. Definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. If your thinking of getting there service move in there's are way better companies.

        I made the mistake of encouraging my mother to take on Culligan for delivery monthly and have the dispenser in her home. It's been close to 18 months now. Delivery was great in the beginning, timely deliveries, came when they said. But 6 to 8 months ago something changed because deliveries have been late and outright no shows from what they inform us. I'm still shelpping in water because they are falling very short in the SERVICE DEPT.
