Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC - CLOSED

Neil Gilliam and his store are amazing. They are always eager to help. He has fought to help us with several issues that came up when we tried to come back to Verizon from a corporate account that had switched to another carrier. Anytime we have a question or need a new line, Neil and Megan are there to help. I will be traveling to the Eddyville store, so that they can continue to service our accounts.

Neil Gilliam is without question one of the best people I have ever worked with. I have traveled all over the state with no success whatsoever in trying to get my phone under control. The last place I found to go was Cadis Kentucky. Neil took his time with me got everything that I needed to be done very professionally and very quickly when I had spent two previ years trying to get different Verizon employees to help me. This was one of the most incredible phone stores I have been to in a while. I really love how I can ask him what I need and no if ands or buts about it he got it done. I really appreciate the update on my phone! Thank you soo much👍😀!
