My girlfriend and I were more than pleased with Larry's cleaning of our wood burning furnace add on. He took the time to explain things to us in layman's terms and even found a few issues from the initial install from a different contractor that need to be remedied. I am buying my first home and very overwhelmed at the moment. Larry was amazing to work with. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and what needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all the questions I asked and made sure that I understood all the information provided. He was very respectful and never made me feel bad for asking a question. I bought my house in November of last year. Never having used the chimrny I had it inspected to make sure everything was safe. Freeze's arrived on time and performed an inspection. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary services and gave me straightforward answers while also educating about a fireplace and chimney that I had no idea how to use. Integrity isn't very common anymore but you'll find it with Freeze's. When I'll eventually need to clean my chimney and change the liner i know exactly who to call. Service: Chimney inspections
