Anika S. 5.0 star rating Ron gave me fair pricing and prompt service. Good communication as well. I moved into an old historic house and had some flickering light issues and one room where the light didn't work. Ron updated my electric panel and hung several light fixtures for me. He even went out of his way to swag a hanging pendant light over the dining table and went to the hardware store to get a hook because I wasn't prepared with one. We recently had some work done by Alpha-Electric. From the first call to the finished product it was wonderful to work with Ron and his team. I felt like he listened to what I had to say, he explained why things needed to be done a certain way. Due to this being part of a multi step project Ron came out several times at different points in the project. He really worked with us to get out as soon as possible and the work was a cut above others. Highly recommend this company for quality of work, cost, timelines, and the fact they are great people! If I need any more work done or if someone needs a recommendation, I know who I'll call. Thank you guys so much!

First they are high cost. They came to my home himself an apprentice and his wife. Wife kinda just hangs around and in guessing they charge you per hour for 3 people. He looked at an outside air unit for us and removed a part saying he would return it or a new part and we could give him the money for the part. We thought oh thats nice of him to do he said he had to go to etown anyway to lowes or where ever but he has never returned the part old or new and that was months ago. I have messaged several times and gotten no response. And our bathroom plugs still go out at random and blow the breaker and we have to reset them constantly. So after paying over 3 thousand dollars we still have issues. I haven't looked under my house yet to see if he left wires hanging or if they actually tucked them away when running new lines. I'm unhappy with getting the blow off about the part he removed and never returned. And I'm unhappy of the high bill my parents got I do believe he over charged them and charged them for 3 people when only 2 did any electric work. I had an electrical panel replacement done by Alpha-Electric. Ron is very knowledgeable, straight-forward, and will give you one of the best services available. He was able to get the job done timely and was able to do it the same week that he gave me a quote. Alpha-Electric was one of the best electric companies that I've done business with and highly recommend them to anyone if you are looking to have the job done correctly, timely and don't want to deal other companies who try to pry every cent out of you. Highly Recommend.
