Very unsatisfied with the service of this company. They have done nothing to take pictures of my home and list it on the market. The realtor lied to me about an Aunt of hers wanting to buy my property. I guess that was just to get me to sign the contract. I found a buyer for my home and they want 3% from me for doing nothing!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

My wife and I purchased a house from a client that was represented by a Keller Williams. My wife and I were informed that the house we wanted to purchased had a failed arsen attempt. We were fine with it as we had the house inspected and no major damage accred just minor repairs like replacing floor trim in the room of the fire were done to the home. Fast forward and I learn that the man that attempted to burn down the house lives less the 500 ft away from us. The realtor nor the selling informed us of this information at the time of purchase. As a realtor I feel it was thier due diligence to inform us of that information before my wife and I purchased the house. I will say the man has never gave us a moment of trouble, but if we would have know that information we wouldn't have purchased this home. I'm not posting this to try and make Keller Williams look bad, I just want first time home buys to understand that you need to have a realtor you trust and always do as much research on the home as possible before purchasing. If it's possible meet the neighbors and ask questions.
