If you want to wait 2 MONTHS to get pictures back that aren't even great quality to begin with with a less than mediocre photographer this is your place. I'll go to a real photographer to get her school pictures done from now on. Hard pass on this place dont waste your money! Also got my daughters class picture in and its out of focus and complete trash. The schools need a new contract with other photographers. I wish I could upload the pictre to show you how bad the quality is.

When I ordered my pictures online, it charged me $10 for shipping. I expected it to be shipped to my home. It was sent to the school with all the other orders the school sent in. I called to get my $10 back because it didn't cost then any additional shipping. They said that the $10 is a late fee, not shipping fee. I sent in the order via internet, very shortly after the day the school secretary picked up everyone's order. Then they need to be specific when putting their forms online. I specifically saw it said $10 shipping cost. Not late fee. I had even considered going to pick it up instead of paying the $10. It definitely said $10 for shipping. I have tried to go online today to see their order forms, and was not able to view it at all. I imagine they will fix it now. But not sure I will order in the future. I rather pay $25 for something that says it cost $25, then pay $15 and get charged more than is advertised. Giving credit where credit is due. The main secretary who answers the phone is quite pleasant.
