        We switched to a company that gave a better quote, so our autopay stopped. This office sent one email about a small balance that we didn't see and sent us straight to collections without so much as a phone call or a single piece of mail from them. We would have paid it immediately and did as soon as we knew about it. I called and left a message for Christopher and never got a call back. I only got an email from Tiffany. I expressed the concern and never heard back. I had All State for over a decade in Arizona and had a great relationship with my local agent. Nothing like this.
