        The sales and service departments are great. I asked them to add an air filter which is easy enough. The air filter was a little high in price but the labor was over $20. I have checked the air filter in under 2 minutes with zero automotive experience. They basically charged me about $600 an hour to change a very simple air filter. That is terrible. I will be replacing my own air filters from now on.

        Called Ryan, that had sold my spouse a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we love, because I was looking for a vehicle for me. That was Saturday, today, Monday, he sold me exactly what I asked for. The dealership was great about my trade-in. All the staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful; especially Ryan. We wont go anywhere else and will be sure to keep referring folks to Gary Force in BG!
