        They were 2 hours late delivering the product for the installer to lay my floors. When I called and asked why the delivery was taking so long, the lady who answered the phone replied we are slammed and will be there when we can. Prices were fair and reasonable and the installers was great! However, the courtesy of a phone letting me know the situation versus leaving me to wonder is not acceptable and poor customer service.
