Sonic Drive-In

I don't know about the Sonic on Russellville Road. They got my order all wrong. I ordered a #2 with mustard, cheddar peppers, mozzarella sticks and a cookie dough blast. They were not busy at all. I was the only one in drive thru till I sat there forever while the cashier tapped on the machine repeatedly and then a car pulled behind me. Anyhow I got a #2 with mayo and 2 orders of cheddar peppers. And I saw a cook bring out a hamburger to one of the girls with no gloves on. I pray he took them off after wrapping it. I know better. Should have checked my order before I pulled away. The cookie dough blast was great. I'll stick with the one on Nashville rd. They usually do pretty good

Last night sonic was busy, I get it but my entire order was wrong., not only that but it was cold. I ordered 2 number 1's, 1 with no cheese, I got cheese on both. One burger had both bottom buns, the other both top buns, the patties were burnt, they bagged my food and I still waited 15 minutes for the sonic blast which was wrong, asked for oreo and rec pieces and got peanut butter cup instead. They also never gave e my receipt. I realize they were busy but I spent 28.00 and some change. Do better!

This is consistently the slowest " fast food" place I've ever encountered. I thought things would improve since this new location opened. Totally not the case

This sonic use to be really good. But now it's awful. The food was cold. They didn't bring us any straws. Also they didn't give us the change back. We had to ask for it and we didn't get the correct change.

The number 4, Tx toast bacon BBQ cheeseburger and fries must have been from lunch. We got there around 4:30 p.m... that's a small sandwich from what I remember it use to be, the fries were rubbery and dried out cold the sandwich and fries were not edible. I threw it away at home. The Oreo Blast was Great though. Not impressed with that Sonic.
