Got skipped cause they said.my party was not all here the hostess didn't tell me when I requested a bigger table party of 5 they set party of 2 because all my party was not here I wanted to eat an appetizers and drink n watch the u of l then the hostess took 6 people back and they said they don't have a table for 5

Your location in Germantown TN, has the rudest manager I have ever encountered. Theresa the manager has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Her delivery of information is unacceptable. If you keep letting her talk to customers as if she is doing them a favor by letting them eat at your establishment, this location will soon close like the others.

I just tried to order the lunch special to go, and was told I could only order it if I was "dining in". Either you have a lunch special or you don't, this is a terrible business practice.
Not the first time I was refused service, but hey I got your message loud and clear, you don't want my business.

I bought a chef salad and a bake potato to-go tonight, 01/02/2024. I made it home, opened the box of the bake potato, and to my surprise it was brown and had shriveled up it was so old. I called tge store to informed them I wanted a refund on my bake potato. The lady that answered the phone told me they could not give me a refund but they could give me another bake potato but no elrefund. I told her I will be back up there to speak to the store manager. I made it back to the store -after making it All the way to my house- and talked to the store Manger. She informed me they do not offer refunds after the food leave the store. But I asked her, you all have taken my money and inconvienced me and you want give me my $4.49 back?!!!! I want to talk to area manager. She gave me a card she wrote his name on tge card- which was the corporate office in Bolling Green, KY. This store has gone to the dogs in the past ten years. I will Never patronize it ever again.
