They don't seem to like answering their phone, which is extremely frustrating because it turns into a game of telephone tag trying to set up an appointment.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Time frame Jan26th -Feb25th. I am not a patient but reviewing because of my mothers health and is a patient. My wife and I were in town for a family death and discovered the condition my mother was in.. When heading home we decided to stop by the office to inform them of her needing rehab assistance. She had recently just been in the hospital for low potassium, and hasn't been eating some 2-3 weeks after. She is in a chair that she can't even get herself out of to use the restroom. My father has done all he can to try and get her something in her stomach but doesn't stay down. 2 weeks after we stopped by the office my father called again to ask about the referral that was supposed to be sent for in home care. My father and I thought she needed to be monitored so he asked for her to be put into Berea rehab. The referral AGAIN was supposed to be sent. 2 days later my father called Berea rehab, only to find out that Berea rehab had not recieved and they had to call the office to get the referral. My mother is now back in the hospital and there has still yet to be any assistance given. My mother is going to die with this kind of treatment. NOT A DOCTOR IN MY BOOK!
