Ive came in twice now trying to open an account. I have an out of state license because Kentucky has a month waiting time for an appointment to get an updated ID. The lady told me the first time to come back with mail that has my name and address on it. I waited a week and came back with US mail that is stamped with my name on it and a check stub showing my address and they still wouldnt allow me to open an account because the mail was not approved even though it is stamped by the post office? What does that even mean? And because my check stub wasnt mailed they wont take it, what more could they want? They even said my husband, who has all documents that were accepted couldnt open an account and add me on! Samantha was horrible and did not help at all. I wont be using abound credit union at all now. Samantha left a horrible horrible impression on what customer service is like there
