You should really list on your website that you are closed. I drove from Ohio to get a haircut because it says that you are open. Bad business!!

I've gone to this place for almost a decade. I tip over 50% and I get a basic haircut that takes 15 minutes. 20 with a new person. My last 3 visits have been bad. First one wasn't the fault of the employee, but she was sick. And by herself. She told me, as she started cutting my hair, that another person called off, and she was getting over the flu. This was proved as she left multiple times to go blow her nose and hack up flem every few minutes. The second time, they closed hours earlier than normal, understaffed. So I made an appointment for a few day later (today) at 5. They have name, and number. Which again has been in their system for almost a decade. I go today, and their gate it closed. With a sign saying open at 10 tomorrow. Now I work a regular 9-6 schedule, and they just started closing early. So I had to leave work early, using my own time, just to get a haircut. Only to find that they closed early, or maybe never even opened at all. Here I am. In my car. Mad as all get out. Because this place I've given my service to for over a decade can't even call me or text me to reschedule a 15 minute haircut. I don't know what's going on with this place, but it's gone downhill over the last 2-3 months. I'll be going elsewhere as I've wasted to much time trying to get a simple haircut.
