Utilized this company to refinish my hardwood floors in my home. At first the guys were doing great work, but after paying, they never showed up again leaving my floors unfinished. I have called, texted, and emailed the company on multiple occasions (since December 2021). At first they rescheduled multiple times and continuously were no shows, eventually they stopped responding all together. I realize I should not have paid in full before the work was completed, a mistake I will not make again. I was dealing primarily with the owner's son Bailey. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Services: Restoration, Wood staining

Gramer Flooring has been amazing since the beginning. Excellent communication and pricing. Everything was done on time and we could not be happier with the outcome.

I hired Gramer Flooring to sand 80 year old floors in my fathers house .. I was very hesitant to do the work but after meeting Jacqui I felt this company was the best option for me . They showed up everyday on time and the hardwood floors look brand new . I cant say enough about how nice and clean the guys on the job were . I spoke with Bailey daily to get an update and he answered all my questions. . This is a family owned business and I would use them next time . Services: Restoration, Sanding

Jacqui worked with my wife and I selecting a flooring system that works for us. Removed our old carpet and had the floor installed by lunchtime. Very happy with the install and politeness of the install crew.

Gramer Flooring did a great job on the hardwood floors at my house. They showed up on time and worked from start to finish. They were very professional and answered every question that I asked. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I love the way my hardwood floors turned out. I would highly recommend Gramer Flooring to anyone needing floor work done at their home.
