      Your complete disregard for the community standards and rules have resulted in your removal as an unauthorized resident of Derby Hills Pointe. We work to keep our community safe and lovely for the benefit of all the residents and each adult is required to sign a lease agreeing to these terms when they move in.

      image I have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it here. Our kids are safe to run and play and for the most part all of our neighbors have become good friends! Christine, the manager, has been absolutely fantastic! She has done a great job cleaning up the neighborhood and sprucing it up! She is very kind and accommodates the needs of the people in our community as much as possible!
