        The manager on duty around 2:35 pm on 1/29/24 berated her employee in front of me for not upselling candy to me. Mind you, I was there for my drink and gas. I wouldnt have bought candy regardless. The way this woman spoke to the young man was abhorrent. Shes short in stature, chunky, has glasses and dark hair and appeared to be wearing a wrist brace. Her exact words to her employee was Im going to start getting annoying about the upselling because you arent just screwing me, youre screwing everyones money. Very unprofessional to talk to employees that way, especially in front of customers. Ill go to the next speedway down the road from this point forward. I understand upselling is part of their job, but it is absolutely disgusting to have that conversation with an employee while customers are present. As a manager myself, I would say this woman needs a course in leadership because she is awful at it.
