Be VERY careful at this location with your money, check your bank statements!! I went through the car wash here and they told me they had a special membership going on and that I could call and cancel it if I no longer wanted it, upon going a few times I then called and cancelled before the membership rolled over. I was under the impression everything was fine and I was no longer getting charged, then upon checking my bank statements I realized they had been charging me $50 a month for a membership that I called and cancelled. I called again to get it handled, I hadnt been since, and they still refused to give me back my money for a service I hadnt even been using. So I figured okay well this sucks, at least its over with now. Upon recently checking my bank statements again they are STILL charging me for the same $50 membership which has gotten incredibly pricey for money Im sure theyll refuse to give back to me even though I havent been to a Tidal Wave in months. Be very cautious and pay attention to your bank statements after coming here!! Wont be returning to this location or a Tidal Wave ever again.
