These guys were awesome. I had Jeff out to my house after calling the day earlier. Showed up to my house at the specified time, not within a 4 hour window. Fixed my AC quick and at a very fair price. Will be using them for my future maintenance. Can’t recommend them enough.

JEFF INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE. THE FURNACE WAS NEVER HOOKED UP TO THE COLD AIR RETURN. HE PLACED THE FURNACE AND JUST RAN TAPE AROUND THE TOP! NO SCREWS WERE USED TO SECURE ANYTHING! THE FURNACE HAD TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED (BY ANOTHER COMPANY) AND INSTALLED CORRECTLY! I WAS ALSO INFORMED THE UNIT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH. IT IS HALF OF WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED! HEUSER REFUSED TO COME BACK AND MAKE GOOD ON HIS BOTCHED JOB! I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR, SO I COULD POST THIS REVIEW! MY REVIEW IS - 0 STARS !

Our landlord hired this company to do an HVAC tear out and install (furnace and heat pump). All went well for a month or so until we started smelling some really bad mold/mildew coming through the vents to the main level of our business. We went downstairs and saw a huge puddle of water on the carpet draining from the unfinished section of the basement into the finished area. We called the landlord and luckily they were able to get out the same day to fix everything. Or so we thought. All they did was connect the run off pipe to the drain pipe they had forgotten to do during the install. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP ANY OF THE WATER. When we asked them why, we were told, "There's already water down there". Mind blowing. They soak the carpet through their negligence and don't even clean up after themselves. I'd look for a more reputable company if you're in need of HVAC. Try Arlinghaus or A&E, I've used them personally in the past with good results. Unfortunately, this call was out of my hands. Can't wait to come in and clean up water this weekend....
