Better Built Portable Buildings

I was going to use them for a 10x16 however in reading the reviews? ummm....I will find someone else. Dont need another headache in life.

Bought my Building from Fly Moose, they were great..But it was a nightmare from that point forward. My building was not delivered on the date it was promised (had to wait until another was built to come to Wichita). When the building arrived the workmanship was horrible. I couldn't do much about it. With the building being late I had a deadline to be out of my apartment and already had to pay an extra week due to building being late. Made payment on time every month....bought some property ready to have building moved to new location ( per the contract. They would be happy to move building to new location) called talked with them got the waiver asked about the cost...$600.00 dollars to move to new location! Told them they could have there building back. As of September 1st I asked the usual questions... will I be charged for this month? When will the building be picked up, etc. I was assured no more payments would cokme out. Contact was cancelled... but there would be a $100.00 cancellation of contract fee! Wasn't told that at the time of purchase.... Received an email asking I knew of a neighbor or friend or relative that would want the building/ take over contract. Which in the contract states that this can not be done.... Here it is September 15th, payment came out of the bank, building is still at the Same location and I'm not a happy camper! I will be getting ahold of my attorney on Monday and finding out if i can charge them for storing there building after cancelling the contract and what i need to do to cover the cost plus in my account for taking the money out after being reassured it would not be.. This company is one that can not be trusted and is only out to screw the public. Be AWARE before dealing with this company... To be continued I'm sure....

Bought a shed from Flying Moose Mall.. THEY were very nice. Waited like three weeks for delivery. THE PLANT MANAGER did not offer to have someone call when in route (rather than wait there all day with two small children on an empty build site) when she called to arrange delivery. I found out later from other people working in the office with her that 'calling when in route' was pretty standard. Instead, the PLANT MANAGER got all snippy with me and told me that I could just wait until the following week then, but that it would be the same thing (an all day wait). When I asked if that was my only alternative, she said yes it is. I then cancelled my contract thinking that if the building would have any issues at all after it was delivered, this was the person I would have to deal with. She promptly sent me a check in the mail with no note, no cancelled contract ....just the check. I did write on the check that this was reimbursement due to a cancelled contract. In summary, the words 'lazy' and 'poor customer service training' come to mind. I will not send anyone there to buy a building.
