I saw Dr. Martha Householder for an issue. She examined that area. I forgot to mention in the paper about a wart on my toe. When I asked her about the wart, she yelled at me and said something like she will deal with the area I mentioned. I was very shocked. She was very nice to me when she was lot younger. Now she aged. I can understand this is natural process.

April 2, 2024 I wanted to bring my mother in law to see one of the doctors. The family doctor sent a referral, she is 97 and has Medicaid. The receptionist said they had not received it, but then she said they have been busy. I asked which one it was, busy or you have not received it. She said since she is Medicaid, just have her family doctor refer her to another clinic. I could not believe that the receptionist was saying that. In other words we don't want you because she is medicaid.

I like to give businesses a chance in spite of seeing bad reviews, but on The Dermatology Clinic in Wichita, I'm sorry to say that was a mistake. After an appointment to biopsy skin cancer on my face, I was prescribed Flourouracil. I used it for three weeks, as in the directions. I had questions, but when I called, I didn't get to talk to anyone but the receptionist. The low score is for this reason: there was NO FOLLOW UP. No phone call and no follow-up appointment. I have had skin cancer in the past, in two other states, and I guess I expected the kind of care I got from them, and it didn't even come close.

Dr Capper is an excellent doctor and very caring. I have not had a bad experience ever at this clinic.

Scammers! They tell you things are covered under your insurance, then charge you once you leave. Rude and impatient from the receptionists to the "providers".
