When I moved to Wichita from Maryland more than nine years ago, I needed a new doctor. After a couple of misses, I was referred to Dr Carro. I could never have asked for a better physician to entrust my health and the health of my family. Anytime I or anyone in my family have needed to get in to see the doctor quickly, we were accommodated, usually within the hour, but at least within a day. After living on the East coast and dealing with doctor's offices that usually can't get you in for a week when you are sick, this was a significant improvement for me. Dr Carro and his staff did their best to help with allergy treatments and have never been rude to me. I have observed him teach future doctors in his office, and he has been on call on weekends as well. I know he is a caring physician, because he has always treated myself, my son, and my wife with the utmost respect. I say all this because I was a little surprised about some of the negative reviews, and because Dr Carro will be retiring his practice in the near future. I really don't want a new doctor, but he does deserve to relax and spend time with his grandchildren. I also want one of his final reviews to be here as a record of what one grateful patient thinks of a good family physician who has definitely increased the quality of life for my family over the years.

Dr. Carro and his team is very caring and professional. He's one of the few doctors who actually takes time to talk and explain everything. He will not hesitate to talk even for an hour or longer if needed. He and his team always go beyond what's expected to accommodate schedules and emergencies that arise. They are also always available to talk to over the phone even outside of business hours, which sometimes eliminates the need to go to a walk in clinic or emergency room, depending on what's going on. My whole family (including 3 kids) have been seeing Dr. Carro and his team for about 11 years now. I would highly recommend them. He's very down to earth and has a wealth of knowledge.

Worse service ever! Carro is the most arrogant and unprofessional Dr. I've ever seen in my life. Very disappointed, never coming back!
