The billing is terrible. We received a bill 1 year and 2 months after the appointment. They said they were digitalizing their billing system and cleaning it up. They said they submitted it to our insurance -but the insurance says they didn't. And now we no longer have the insurance they said they were billing! They actually think we should pay $300 out of pocket due to their errors.

I have an appointment coming up and received an appointment reminder letter and form to fill out in the mail inside an envelope labeled with the correct name (mine) but inside was someone else's! Not much hope for me getting good help from you if you can't even get the mail right! considering it has the person's name, address appointment Ingo as well as what they're being seen for That's a good way to get sued for HIPPA violation! I'd like to know where the hell mine is?!

Great staff, but payment policies are terrible. Pay with Wells Fargo. Wait for a bill. Their guesstimatetions don't work. You will pay more.

my husband had a stroke in there office he fell down one dr ran back to office did nothing then they told me to drive him to a hospital i said where since i am out east he said i guess kansa medical had to drive him there when they could of call a ambulance took himto kansas medical they dont specialist in strokes victims but were very gelpful and ran test never go there
