Customer service is poor at best, had trouble with an item and returned it within the week, after leaving 9 phone messages, and calling the manager (Never got a return phone call someone was always at lunch, were ill or vacation) 5 months go buy I still have no resolution, they took my return and never replaced it. The order was never put thru, even though I left mesurements on her voicemaiI and asked to be called back to no avail. I was called "rude" because I lost my patience after having to personally go in to take care of this matter. It is considered RUDE to not return a customers phone call when the store ordered the wrong size. The male behind the desk lied to me as well. I was told I had to put a deposit down that it would be returned as soon as insurance paid, HE WAS able to return my deposit on one transaction but not on a subsiquent visit. It took over three months and my self having to bug them to get my money back. Maybe he thought I was being rude because he was inconvenienced into doing the right thing and returning my money. Which they held onto for 3 months after insurance paid out. Not sure what happened, they used to be very good. I guess a formal complaint to BBB and insurance company might resolve this issue.
