Obviously the same person responding to google reviews is the same person responding to facebook comments. Rude, Unprofessional, Unwelcoming. TERRIBLE outlook on how the company operates and treats its own staff. if this is how they treat customers I could only imagine what the workplace culture is like.

I have to give Chris at LUMA III, Inc a absolute perfect score, I ordered a paint suit, it came in today and it had a small manufacturing issue. I spoke with Chris and he made it right with zero issues. Needless to say there customer service is wonderful. This is the way all companies should be doing business. Keep it up, and thank you Chris.

I love the paint suit. All except for the zipper, I broke mine after the first time using it. So if the zipper quality were to be improved, I'd say it's a perfect suit. I love the pockets, I love the colors, I love how comfy it is. Edit: I was reached out to by the company, and informed that the suit has since been updated, they sent me a new one, and I am totally in love with it, it has a better zipper, the pockets that I love, added knee padding, and a back vent that will make spraying in Arizona summer a lot more bearable. Thanks Luma III for a great product!

I initially loved the suit, I thought it looked great, the fabric was of nice quality, but the sizing was off even after going up a size as recommended. The most disappointing part was after only my third time using the suit the zipper completely broke off and ripped the stitching out in the process. Another thing that I would like to see is maybe more flexibility/stretch in hips/legs area, as a yacht painter I go up and down ladders/lifts constantly and found it a little restricting. I would try buying it again maybe go up a size again. Great product just a couple tweaks and I think it would be great! EDIT: The new model paint suit is absolutely phenomenal! By far the best suit Ive ever used and ticked all the boxes for the issues I had with the previous model suit. Top quality suit and looks great, but above all their customer service is amazing!
