Proscape

We had Connor and his team at Proscape do some landscape and rock work along with some yard lighting and were very happy with the results. They did a great job and surpassed our expectations.

Updated September 2021: Though communication is definitely a weak point. Connor made right the dead trees (though we will see about the survival rate). I am updating this from 1 star since we did not get communication, but since it took a poor review to get any response... I am generously moving this up to 4. I would agree with the other review the hardscape is very good... The softscape needs a little bit of discernment in picking plants that are healthy, or properly planted. We had them work on our patio. The hardscape is great but the garden area is very poorly done. We had five evergreen planted and they looked so sad. I contacted Proscape and they never came as promised. Now three of them are dying or dead. We keep calling them and yet no one returns calls nor shows up.

Residential Property -- Landscaping, hardscaping and gutter drainage -- 2 day job. Problems stemmed from lack of soil prep prior to plant/tree installation & the plant material installation itself was subpar. Resulted a decent amount of plant material not making it. My frustrations and problems with the company were the result of poor communication by my customer rep and myself that resulted with management and myself being on separate pages until we were finally able to speak. And by the time we did speak, a lot of things had already occurred that we most definitely would have been able to correct prior to things getting as bad as they did. UPDATE: Was able to speak with the owner through email which has helped straighten out a few items of frustration. To make a long story short, had a poor customer rep and some poor work done on my property. The customer rep was not communicating accurately with management about the problems on my property AND myself regarding what management was wanting to do. I think we will be able to end our relationship on good terms and I wish things could have worked out better for both parties involved. I'm appreciative that management reached back out and I am willing to work them moving forward. We'll see how we proceed from here, but at least a line of communication is open and they have done their part in trying to satisfy an unsatisfied customer.
