Had a great experience at this bank. I drove 4.5 hrs to do banking with another bank and had to visit this bank as well. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly they were. Completed my transaction and answered all my questions with a smile and eased my worries. I was worried about going here because of the awful reviews. BUT remember folks those reviewers might be having a bad day or maybe they slipped in seconds before closing so their reviews might be tainted. Make your own decisions on places and if you smile they smile back. If in the area again I'd go back.

If you go to your bank (nearly empty lobby & snowing outside) to execute a simple transaction & are told "You'll have to make an appointment & come back.", it's on you if you EVER return. Save yourself the heartburn, find another bank. There's a plethora of options (service-minded) available elsewhere.

They are great workers . Very greeting workers . They are willing to communicate with me due my hearing loss . My hat off to them !

Worst branch to deal with. Ive been a customer for a long time in multiple states and this is the first time Ive had so many issues. They only have one banker so there are never appointments. And the rest of the staff are rude. I was trying to convince someone to switch over 6 months ago. Never managed to get an appointment and now Im embarrassed to have even suggested it. Even the ATMs dont always work. The online/app appointment scheduler doesnt work for this branch either. Avoid wells fargo in the midwest
