Great experience by gifted designers. I've ordered from Lilie's twice and have been very impressed with the quality of the arrangements and the freshness of the flowers. They seem to really go out of their way to get high quality flowers, and it shows. Our arrangements lasted longer than expected. Will keep coming back to Lilie's Flower Shop.

I probably should have looked at the reviews before I ordered with them. My girlfriend didn’t receive her balloons or bear with the flowers on Valentine’s Day. I don’t understand how you forget those when I says it on the receipt. Will never make that mistake again ordering for you all.

Don't waste your time and money. Trust me. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Spending $60 plus on an arrangement should not look like what I received. I am embarrassed I trusted this company and it's designers. Today is my mother's birthday and none of her kids could be in town so why not send a beautiful arrangement with a couple of her favorite daisies, even mentioned she loves pink and purple..the designer said they had some unique flowers in for Mother's Day and to trust them...hah...this is what I got! A last minute, not thought out, gas station Bouquet. Not even a ribbon around the vase. We were completely taken advantage of..I called to inform them my disappointment, they literally said it's a matter of opinion and they won't give a refund until they go and pick up the flowers from my moms house. Hello? I hired you for a service that you didn't follow through on. What kind of business is this? I am very upset and embarrassed. My sister happened to be on the phone with my mom, giving her a heads up that they would be taking the flowers back and heard how rude they were when they picked the flowers up. Vivian, the "owner/management", was completely disrespectful, talked over me and didn't even listen to why the flowers were so important. I have never been so livid over flowers. She or whomever own this place is not aware of how a business should be run. Please don't waste your time or invest in this sad excuse of a florist. Looking forward to my next family visit to Wichita so I can stop into this horrible business and say...remember me? Don't waste your time and hard earned money on this hole. Karma!

The picture on the right is what I ordered. $279.00 the picture on the left is the pathetic attempt of what they delivered. Then they told me how they have been working long hours and how many orders they have. How is any of this my problem? Then when they ran out of excuses they said that I was harassing them and they were calling the authorities. Really? I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers and they had this pathetic company fulfill the order. Happy Mothers day! Worst customer service almost ever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUDE, POOR SERVICR, AND TOLD THAT THE ARRANGEMENTS WERE WORTH THE SAME. Sent second set out and then demanded the first set back..... really..... So horrible people, horrible company. They deserve to be out of business. I would be ashamed to have talked to a customer the way they spoke to me. I have been out of town since October and wanted to have a grand bouquet delivered for mothers day for my wife. They ruined that. BEWARE! If I could give them negative stars I would. Really can't say enough bad things about them.
