        Do not use. Your agent won’t return your calls and then you will find out they are no longer working for the company. Then come to find out the Wichita office is closed so it’s impossible to talk to anyone. Thank you for giving me a reason to find a new financial advisor with a totally different company!

        Used to work as a New York Life agent in Colorado. Was assigned a rep in Wichita when I moved. Young kid. I introduced him to a potential business referral partner. Fast forward to 1 1/2 later and I have questions on my policy. I called 3 times with no answers given. I was then told that he didn’t get paid to service my policy! I serviced hundreds of New York Life customers in my timeframe and did it gratefully! I have tried talking to the manager of the office but have called 4 times and cannot get a call back. They are obviously only interested in getting additional sales and not servicing their customer base. Horrible customer service!
