On December 18, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas against Medova, its president and CEO, Daniel L. Horrible company. Will deny any procedure or test ordered by a doctor and continuously deny meds. Been waiting two months for med approval and keep getting ignored. The staff should be in prison.

2 claims have been sitting in their system for NINE MONTHS. Every call I have made has resulted in a massive runaround, and instructionsto do their job for them. My physicians are breathing down my neck for their money which I can't afford to send them because of the $8000+ I have to send to Lifestyle health plans for me to do their jobs for them. If your employer offers any Medora product to you, RUN.
