Love Spangles. The quality of their food is better than most. You can definitely taste it. Your fries are always hot and fresh unlike others. People need to understand that lots of customers are unreasonable and lie. So when you make a complaint, just remember that they can't just give you free items all the time when you didn't go back to the store right after. Crooks know that they will be easier to verify. Also, employees are regular people that are hired. Not all people are good workers so sometimes you may deal with someone that isn't professional. So give the main office a break. I assure you that as a customer they appreciate you and will do best to make up for error. I always go inside to order so I can look it over and leave with everything I ordered. Thank you Spangles for serving our cities and being among the best.

Had the steak burger special on Monday after 5 at the East Harry location in Wichita ks.. It was so greasy it make me sick

Thanks for being the topping on the cake wife orders a hamberger meal with no mustard but with everything else as I can't eat mustard. So what do we have a hamburger slather with mustard and no meal for me. Thanks spangles of andover. No consideration of making it right, no we sorry about that. Certainly not what they used to be.
