This is purely a review of 'Sunday Buffet', as this is my only experience thus far. Also we ate at the bar.. The staff are all absolutely genuinely lovely, definately patron oriented, which speaks volumes as to the care and training by management/owners gearing their business priorities to the customer and not just $$$$. Not easy to find. The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to be helpful. Customers are varied and those I interacted with, both at the bar area and buffet stations, were all extremly friendly and obviously happy to be there. Some places they aren't, too busy being pretentious. Here this lends itself towards a delightful and enjoyable atmosphere. I loved this place and will definately go back and refer friends. I am somewhat of a 'Sunday Brunch' beast, feasting from from NYC-LA. so I love me a brunch!!! Theirs was delicious. The quality, cooking, taste all excellent, my only thoughts were I would have have liked just a slight more selection. Dont get me wrong, its plentiful, but could have had a tad more variety. I am not a biscuit, sausage, gravy fan so that was a no go for me, I have never met a piece of bacon I never liked, but maybe another meat choice could have made an appearance. I believe they had a beef/steak staion. But perhaps a crockpot of spicey, saucy meatballs or juicy gammon slices paired with pinapple would be a lively addition. Purely my thoughts. The rice dish was sublime as was the cheesecake, best I've had since I left home. I am not a cookie fan but even they caught my attention. So moist I had to chomp on a couple & even stole/continued to eat one for the journey home. Purely because Brunch was over and they were closing. Not a thief per sae..promise lol We were by far the last patrons, so let me add, they at no point asked us to leave or made us feel uncomfortable in an effort to force our departure, even though we had already paid our bill & were just nibbling.. This is not a call to arms to outstay your welcome, this is a nod to their excellent customer skillset & offering us one of my best dining experiences on the West side of Wichita EVER. You will NOT be disappointed.

Southeast Village Apartments in Wichita, Kansas
I beg anyone and everyone that knows someone or lives in these apartments to get out. They are disgusting and just a shame. They obviously don't have a monthly pest control company come out and spray and do inspections. The people that manage them aren't even on the property they are at another and just oversee them. There are vicious dogs that have not been removed from the property after attacking tenants. There are cats just roaming free. There's trash everywhere in the yards and parking lots. Appliances aren't fixed in a timely manner. The people overseeing these apartments seem like they are children and not aware of how to handle taking care of their tenants or the property correctly. They are rude when you go to the office to try and get an issue dealt with.No one seems to be held accountable for what shape these apartments are in. It's just a sad sight.
As the BBB you should really look into the management the runs these apartments because aren't taking care of their tenants or the property correctly

After calling few times, I thought due to holidays I will not hear until Jan 4, 2022 as announced over call recording. Wrong!! Surprise!! Mr James from Omaha returned my call today. He was so cool and patient, looked as if he resolved all my problems. His voice was so reassuring that he would definitely take care though may take longer due to holidays. He listened to me what I had to say and assured me again that once holidays over, he will get back with me. Wow, great. I was stunned by his call during busy holidays. He was so kind and he made my day and now I can wait with patience without aggravation. I got holidays too. Thank you Mr. James, you kind words meant a lot to me. Happy holidays to all.
