Update to this review. Took my car to another location and found the repair Rausch had done was not done properly and was leaking; no other leaks. That confirmed my suspicions. New tire place took excellent care of me!
I had one of my tires slowly leaking air, having to air up every few days so I took my car in to get the tire repaired on Thursday. I was told I had picked up a screw and they did the repair. Went home and didn't drive again until Saturday for work. My tire was flat when I went to leave and had to air up the tire; now won't hold air for more than a few hours. I called Monday morning amd explained the situation and was told they couldn't get me in until 430pm even though I had to leave for work at 1pm. No sense of urgency or care to fix their mistake. This was my first experience with this company and will be my last. I am expected to be competent at my job and care about the people I do work for; I expect the same. The female that answered the phone made me feel like I was trying to get a free repair when I really just wanted them to fix their mistake. So frustrated. This should have been an easy fix...

Thought the lady up front had an attitude. Hit the interstate and the tire is out of balance. Fairly quick service.
