Management is friendly and informative, Maintenance is prompt and respectful and get the job done. I would recommend to anyone looking for an clean affordable rental.

I just moved into the apartment about a week ago. It is small at 840 square feet for a 2 bedroom one bathroom, but is is just right for me. The staff worked with me. They were very helpful, as I came from Virginia. I was able to send my application to them and let me know when one was available to rent. They even let me extend my stay in Virginia for one more month. The staff is very helpful even trying to cut the lock on the rent a truck, of which I had lost the key. They have laundry available next to their office. The only complaint I have is that they do not allow cats! But they except grown small dogs with a doctor's note.
