After, an excellent experience purchasing a used mower at Heinen Repair I had a bit of a rough call when I called about an issue my mower was having. I am going to say someone was having a bad day. This was then made right when Chantel reached out after hearing I did not have an agreeable phone call. Chantel went out of her way and over the top to apologize and then took things a step further and ordered a part for my mower even though it was out of warranty. Just the kind words and apology alone would have been enough to make me a happy customer but she insisted on going the extra mile to make things right. You do truly get small town hospitality here and I would drive the miles from Topeka to go back. I would recommend them if you are in need of a mower new or used. Just a side note when I was looking for a Mower in August they were one of the few that had anything in stock and actually had sales going where everyone in Topeka had little to no stock and were charging a premium. Thanks again for going the extra!!!!!!!
