dba Heartland Home Exteriors seemed to have done a good job until it came time to pay a subcontractor for my garage door. I sent a check to them dated 9/11/2015 for the balance owed minus an item under $200 that they did not do. They don't return phone call or emails. So much for my 5 year warranty/expection on my roof.

The salesman never showed up after the crew did our roof. After having several shingles come off and a big leak in our garage, they finally sent out their "repair expert". The guy showed up drunk. Seriously! I would not let him get on the ladder to do the repairs. We wound up having another company come out and do the repairs.

They really sound like they knew what they were talking about and all was good until we had the work done then the run around started. they were NEVER there when they said would be NEVER one time and NEVER call when they not going to show. When we got our gutters the guys missed A LOT of things (including gaps the opened up into our attack. The project manger come and looked at it and said that the own would come to fix the work. Months later NOTHING.......... im tired of dealing with this and would just like to be done with these people and there lies!!!

The people at Faith Roofing were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though they were very busy with many of my neighbors' houses, they took care of me in a reasonable timeframe. My home looks great, and they were able to help me with all the insurance stuff (which I can't stand). I would recommend them.

They found hail damage that other roofers had not found. Ended up saving me a bunch of money. I would recommend this company they are true professionals
