This is a long one folks but you'll know what to expect when dealing with these guys. Only got a 2 star because they had great customer service at the beginning of the deal. Other than that, could've hired a homeless man on the corner and probably would've been happier with the repair and he would've at least done what he said he was going to do.
I ran into Cory at a gas station and asked him about looking at my roof as I was needing repairs done. He actually followed me to my house and looked at my roof right then. He inspected my roof and told me that I actually needed a whole new roof. Cory was always punctual with his appointment times, professional, made sure I understood everything that was going on, took care of the insurance process, everything was moving along a lot smoother than I thought it was going to. Then I signed the contract for them to do the work. That's when everything went downhill. Cory told me that the shingles would be delivered the week of May 14th then they would replace the roof the next day. The shingles didn't get delivered until May 28th and they were supposed to replace the roof June 2nd. Well, Cory emailed me at 11:38 pm (already in bed and didn't get the email) May 31st to let me know they were coming to my house the next morning to start on my roof. They showed up at 6:30 am while my wife and kids were still sleeping (I was at work) and started working on my roof. I sent Cory an email in regards to this and his reply was "I apologize, it wasn't my call." and ended up making a joke out of the whole thing. I had brand new gutter guards on my gutters that they were supposed to remove and put back on to avoid damage. They did not remove them and ended up damaging multiple gutter guards. I got on the roof when I got home from work and there were numerous spots that you could see the nail heads exposed and they did not seal them. The entire leading edge of the shingles were not secured down. Cory ended up coming back out to see what I was talking about and told me he would have his guy out the next day to fix everything, they never showed up. I finally sent him an email 16 days later about it and they came back that day to fix everything however my gutter guards were still damaged and I ended up having to fix them myself. Cory told me he would give me a $50 gift card for their sign being in my yard, that never happened. Cory told me that I would get a certification from them to give to my insurance company for impact resistant shingles, that never happened. I just email Cory in regards to the certification on September 17th as my home insurance is renewing and they need the certificate showing I have impact resistant shingles. He has yet to reply to my email from over 2 weeks ago and still hasn't sent me a certification.
WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection

We have called Brad and emailed him several times. He will not respond to us. We have asked for a invoice for our roof. Maybe you can contact him for us?

"WE DO, recommended this company. In all honesty my previous review was not favorable to this company and I apologize. This happen due to lack of communication on another parties part not Intelligent Roofing Solutions. Once I got the correct information, it turns out that the company several extra Mike's and repair some things that other contractors failed to do. I thank the company very much for this extra effort and would be proud to use their services again
