I had a back injury at work and I was unable to get out of bed for a number of days without a significant amount of pain. On top of that I had a workmans compensation representative (Rita Fowler) who was extremely rude and actually started yelling at me over the phone. The stress was beyond anything I have experienced in a long amount of time. I had trouble getting the workmans compensation representative to schedule me an in person visit with a doctor. They had me use zoom to have a virtual visit and those doctors were nice, but they couldnt actually examine me to treat me properly. As soon as I contacted Roger Finchers office they put an end to the harassment from Rita Fowler and made sure I was able to see an in person Doctor. The Doctor was then able to properly care for my injury, I was able to get physical therapy and medications which decreased my pain considerably. Roger Fincher ensured that I got my work comp payments while I was unable to work, something I hadnt received for an entire month of not being able to go to work. His office even scheduled my medical visits and helped me get transportation to and from my appointments. Some of which were in Overland Park and Kansas City. After helping me get medical attention and helping to facilitate my recovery, I qualified for a settlement. I was experiencing financial burden after having missed so much time at work.
